Edgewater Villa: 4 Bedroom, Sleeps 14!

Enjoy life on the shores of Lake Michigan in this luxury, courtyard condo. This two-story, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom get-away is in close proximity to EVERYTHING, including the boardwalk, harbor and downtown restaurants/pubs. Also within 30 minutes of Whistling Straits, Kohler Spa and Road America. We manage several units on the property. We are a separate company from the Resort, so their amenities are not included with our units. We do not offer water park passes.

lovely place on a lovely lake

Place was very comfortable for 8 women. We had a problem with the TV and man who came to fix it was very pleasant and helpful- problem was solvedIt seems that it was a new rental and some items were scarce or non existent. I wrote the property manager with some suggestions. Did not mar our stay but a few extras - bath soap and dish detergent, kitchen towels -would have been appreciated

Family get away

Lovely place, fantastic layout for multi families. The beach is so close and you can walk to mini golf, coffee shops, restaurants and more! Great communication with hosts.

We loved it! But not happy about the key not working after 9. However, it was a beautiful place to stay. Communication could have been better But. I'd stay again.

Annual Friends Trip

The property itself was in great proximity to the beach and downtown area. The stay was clean with plenty of space. Two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms on the top floor worked well for our group. The kitchen did have dishes and silverware but more than a set of four would have been appreciated. We did end up bringing storage containers for leftovers for the fridge as well as additional cookware. Bedding was provided but additional blankets would have also been helpful. In general, the property was in line with what we expected and we enjoyed our stay. The property managers were responsive and helpful. If staying in the area, we’d recommend the property with considerations to suggestions mentioned above.

The area is lovely. The property management very helpful and informative. The place itself is like camping but in a condo. You will get the barest of necessities. If you think you are going to sleep the 14 as advertised, then know you will not have blankets or pillows for that, as there are not one extra to be had. No dishtowels in the kitchen, not one! You will have a pan if you want to put something in the oven, but no hot pads to get it out. Bring your own salt and pepper. Bring toilet paper as well if you have a big crowed staying a couple of days. If you think you are an adult and are going to sleep in the bunk beds, you will need to bring your own blankets as well. Bring towels or plan on doing laundry. A real let down for sure on all of this.

This was a great location and accommodated our group of seven very well. Two showers had some mold, one had loose shower door handle & loose floor tile. The oven needs to be cleaned and door frame of microwave was sticky. Some sticky areas on kitchen floor. We found kitchen items lacking: corkscrew, clean baking pan and cookie sheet, some of the plastic utensils should be replaced. Only two cereal bowls provided & no serving bowl. Also, we had to ask for more kitchen towels, only one provided. Coffeemaker could be replaced as discovered that the pot handle had to be on right side for it to drip properly. And lastly, we could have used more instruction for use of TV to access the different apps and access local stations.
