This place was so bright and clean. It has rich character but all the modern amenities. The best part is the location. We walked to the beach, downtown, the riverfront... we only used our car to drive a few miles to get groceries. The back yard is private and although you are in a neighborhood you felt tucked away. It was quiet, safe and so very convenient. Working with Janine (host) was wonderful. She is very communicative and has great suggestions on hidden gems to discover.
