All FOUR full baths and 1 half bath are stocked with toiletries available for use during your stay. Two welcoming living spaces are perfect for lounging and watching a movie, or snuggling up and reading a book. The first living space is located on the main level, the second is located at the basement. If you are feeling competitive, this home is also equipped with a foosball for you to enjoy with your family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs with gorgeous dishes and glassware. Help yourself to a delicious cup of coffee in the morning, we have a drip coffee for you to use at your convenience. Located in beautiful Johnson County with easy access to highways. The garage and driveway is usable. The neighborhood is great for walks! Other Things to Note: HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am. Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security camera are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. The house was large enough for the 6 of us to easily move around without getting into each other’s way and it was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable week. We were able to have our own bedrooms with our daughter and 8 year old son utilizing the whole basement space for themselves. My daughter slept on the bad and her son on the futon right in front of the TV. The location of the house was excellent. We were able to get easily on the major highways to get to activities planned in Kansas City and Lawrence.
