Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding forest from your furnished deck or balcony while you sip your morning coffee, or take a refreshing swim in the shared pool. The living room, warmed by a wood-burning fireplace, is a great gathering place to recover from the ski slopes, while the dining room table is ready for you to enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals prepared in your full kitchen.

Winter fun can be had just 20 miles up the mountain at China Peak where you can experience nearly 1700 feet of vertical, a terrain park for snowboarders, and a family fun park. The summer months mean fun on Shaver Lake. Fisherman can head to the Shaver Lake Marina less than four miles away and board a boat to try to bring home trout, kokaneee, bluegill, or catfish for dinner. Grab a picnic lunch from Shaver Deli and head out to Shaver Stables where you can take a morning or afternoon horseback ride along the water's edge. And if you'd like to eat indoors, head a mile-and-a-half up to Shorthorn Bar and Grill where you can enjoy live music, play some pool or cornhole, and grab a beer and a burger.

During the winter months, chains are required on all vehicles. A 4x4 is recommended.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home with listening capabilities aimed at the driveway and the back deck. These cameras cannot see inside the home. A Ring doorbell is also installed.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
