"The staff was okay. The hotel was clean. In the rooms, there are not mirrors to get ready, I had to fight with my kids and husband for the bathroom so I can get ready as there was only the small mirror in the bathroom. Pack your shampoo and conditioner because you will only get a shampoo on a sachet, I didn’t even know they still existed. No hair blower, I asked for one at the reception and I was told the only one they had was broken!! These are basics necessities every hotel should have. Then...

Top Shatoja Hotel Reviews

Madera Labrada Lodge

Madera Labrada Lodge

8/10 Good
"No existe señales dentro del hotel para encontrar la salida a recepción. Si bien las habitaciones están en diferentes niveles y hay muchos caminos, falta señalización para ubicar la salida. Tuve que salir hacia el aeropuerto a las 5am y todo estaba oscuro y sin señalización. Por lo demás, el hotel es limpio y bonito."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Shatoja?
The best area to stay in Shatoja is within the main town centre, particularly around the Plaza de Armas.

This central area is the heart of Shatoja, where you'll find most of the town's amenities and local life. The Plaza de Armas itself is a pleasant open space, often surrounded by local shops, eateries, and government buildings. Staying here means you're just a short walk from the local market and the main transport links.

Couples looking for a convenient and authentic experience will appreciate staying near the Plaza de Armas. It offers easy access to local restaurants serving regional dishes and provides a good base for exploring the surrounding natural attractions, such as waterfalls and hiking trails, often accessible via local tours departing from the centre.

For those prioritising a quieter stay, particularly families, looking for a bit more space, consider accommodations slightly set back from the immediate plaza, perhaps a few streets away. These options can offer a more relaxed atmosphere while still being within easy reach of the town's facilities.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation on Expedia?
You can cancel your hotel reservation on Expedia, though it depends on the cancellation policy of your booking. Most bookings are refundable if canceled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled arrival. Be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy. If free cancellation is available, you can cancel directly through your Expedia account by logging in, going to "My Trips", and selecting your reservation. To find flexible deals, filter your search by "Fully refundable property" for hotels in Shatoja.
How much is the nightly rate at a Shatoja hotel?
Prices for hotels in Shatoja often vary, but you can find a great deal from £31 on Expedia. All sorts of factors affect price, such as the time of year or the days of the week you choose for your stay. Find the best deals by being flexible with your dates, and sort search results by "Price: low to high" for the cheapest rate.
