"My colleague and I really enjoyed our stay at Merya Hotel when we visited Jeddah for the Formula 1. The hotel is in a great location within easy reach of the beach and corniche by taxi. It’s only 25 minutes from the airport, and has a great range of coffee shops and eateries nearby within walking distance. The hotel was in good condition, the rooms (we each had a one-bed suite) were a great size and very well-kept. Although the rooms did not have housekeeping during our stay, we were able to get extra water and coffee - and we would easily have been able to ask the friendly, efficient staff for housekeeping if we wanted it. We received a very warm welcome and all the staff were great throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Merya Hotel and would not hesitate to return!"
