This is an absolutely beautiful and stunning resort, my husband and I needed a break and we normally book The Jumeirah or Mandarin hotels in Dubai. The service from all blew us away. It’s a huge property so it never feels busy, the spa is amazing as well. We are already looking to book in the new year.

Excellent customer service. Starting on my arrival- warm welcome, checked in a few hours earlier, in restaurant service very good, great food by one of top chief, high experience spa therapist. I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Our stay in Jumeirah Creekside was fabulous, we stayed in a club room which was very spacious! Very pleased with this hotel.

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport. Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Great location, central to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall & the Palm. Very near the metro, easy to get cabs/ Uber. 20 mins from the airport. Great pool area on the roof with good views over the city & to the coast/ Burj Al Rab. Reasonable prices, good breakfast served until a very civilised 12 o’clock. Recommended.

Amazing hotel

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic.
