The staff Mr Dancer WU was patiently helping me to find out the problem after I showed the booking confirmation by my mobilephone. After his effort, Mr WU and his colleagues finally found my booking and successfully checked in for me. Mr WU even upgraded my room. Thank you very much for his excellent service and the help of his colleagues. Hotel is well known locally.
