All the rooms were in the 10th floor facing the street. We could not sleep during our stay as even with the windows closed we could hear all the noise from the street. On top of that we found a cockroach in one of the restrooms. The hotel offered to change to another room in the other side of the hotel, but the room was dirty, smelled bad and there were hairs in the shower. I have stayed here 3 years in a row since it was opened. Facilities are great, no cigarette smell which is always a plus in China. Good breakfast, great beds and good service. Most of the hotel staff can speak English so communication is not a problem. The service provided is excellent.
