Breakfasts were really tasty with a good choice of cooked and continental foods, juices and cereals. But what made our stay so special were the Hosts, Brendan and Deborah who were so welcoming, happy to recommend places to visit and eat and always ready to have a chat and a laugh – a big thank you to them and their staff. The Bar area and seating outside are perfect to sit and watch all the ships at anchor on their way in and out of Southampton. Only complaint is it is a B and B only. A few snacks on the menu would be a good addition and boost bar takings in the evenings. The hosts went out of their way to make sure safety was priority #1 without causing any inconvenience. The room was very nice and clean, with a nice view looking up the coast on the north side of hotel. Breakfast was quite tasty, lounge was nice and the garden was excellent as well.
