It's situated in the heart of Shanghai with most happenings. Of course not for night life but for those on business travel with it's central location, indeed very convenient. ##### ong Stayed 7 nights in Oct 2019 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller 30 Oct 2019 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 清潔好きにはオススメしない 良い点 ・受付スタッフや掃除スタッフも皆フレンドリーで対応もいい(英語も出来ないので中国語がわからない客は対応悪いと誤解するかも) ・駅から近く交通に便利、受付に頼めばタクシーも呼んでくれる ・古い建物なので、古い生活感を感じるにはいい ・洗濯があるので長期滞在には便利（乾燥まで2時間以上かかる。干すにはハンガー少ない） ・ロビーでコーヒーが飲める（あまり美味しくないが） ・屋上で誰もいないとちょっと一息できる（人がいると大体タバコを吸っている） 悪い点 ・部屋が写真と全然違う、デザインが異なる部屋多く窓なしもあるので部屋の当たり外れあり。 ・写真と違い部屋はかなり狭い ・エレベーターが使えない、建物の作りが複雑で階段も多い ・水回りのカビが多く下水道の臭いもする、掃除で床を拭いたそのモップの臭いも臭くて部屋に残る為、外出から戻ると臭いと感じる ・タオルが湿気臭い、カビ臭い感じがする ・机の真上にテレビがあって不便 今回は場所と安さで選んでみたが、正直この値段だと別の場所でもっといいホテルか、同じレベルでもっと安いホテルに泊まれると思った。水回りのカビは結構ひどいので、清潔好きにはオススメしない。海外に旅慣れてる人、バックパッカー的な人、寝るだけでいい人は大丈夫だと思う。老西门駅まで歩いて10分くらい。近所はどローカルな牛麺屋やパン屋っぽいのがあるが、外国人は食べれないレベルと汚さだと思う。外国人が食べれるレストランは駅まで行くか、繁華街まで行かないとない。近所にコーヒーショップなどもない。ビールが飲める小さなバーがあるくらい。最初は窓のない部屋に通されてしまったので、交渉して窓がある部屋にしてもらったが、どの部屋も狭く、写真と同じ希望していた部屋は他の人が入ってるからと希望が叶わなかった。窓からは部屋の場所によるが古い町の生活ぶりを少し覗くことができるかもしれないくらいの景色。そもそも窓の位置（構造が）普通の位置ではなく上の方にあるので、ベットに登ってちょっと見えるくらい。窓も少ししか開けられないので空気を入れ替えることも難しく、壁に囲まれてる感じで狭い部屋は特に閉塞感を感じると思う。部屋の臭いが気になる人は消臭スプレーなど持って行くのがいいかもしれない。机は非常に小さく、机の上にテレビがあって近すぎて見れないし、ビジネスで来る人にもオススメしない。格安旅行とバックパッカーにオススメ。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 6 nights in Oct 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 28 Oct 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 27 Oct 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 10 minutes walk to Xintiandi. 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 3 nights in Oct 2019 ### 8/10 Good #### 旅行者 20 Oct 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities テレビはリリビングに欲しい　テレビはネット経由でなくて普通のケーブル配信で見れた方が良い。　画面の動きが遅い ##### 旅行者 Stayed 2 nights in Oct 2019 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Simonett 10 Oct 2019 Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort #### Uncomfortable, Bad Design, Terrible Bed, No window The room design is extremely uncomfortable. The steps on the stairs to the bedroom are super steep so you feel like you have to climb up, then when you get upstairs the ceiling is extremely low so you can’t stand upright. The lighting in the room is super bright (like a hospital) and there is no window or natural light that enters the room. The room was clean and I’m not usually very picky but this was an unpleasant experience for me.
