It’s located about 40 minutes away from Pudong airport and located at a quite location. Staffs are nice but not very well English speaking. I asked for more drinking water and the lady ended up didn’t charge me (although the front desk said there’s additional charge). The concierge is very patiently helped me find a tour (although sometimes he got distracted trying to help other customers). It’s not his fault but Chinese customers don’t know much about waiting on their turn. You may find annoying sometimes.
