The special check in process explanation is amazing and love the scent makes me felt relax. Bringing my kid travel along, and she love it. Nearby Qibao ancient town and hotel located in a compound that has parent-child activities. My daughter and I stayed two nights and loved the room. It was clean, modern, architecturally interesting and did I mention sooo clean. The location was perfect to be part of the local community, parks, shopping mall and ancient town. We walked everywhere. The breakfast area and common areas were also so clean and interesting to be in. I love they have a phonograph in every room. Although the transportation is inconvenient, if you want a peaceful environment, you need to make a choice. Ride-hailing service can cover this, it is very common in Shanghai. Breakfast varies every day. Some 30mins by metro from Shanghai downtown. Very good value for money yet a few things could be improved still, e.g. adding hooks near bathroom and teabags (next to very good drip coffee!). It's possible to opt out from changing bedsheets daily for environmental reasons, but it is equally unnecessary to change used towels every day. The rating of “exceptional” is absolutely misleading! The shower room is not clean. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Not a convenient location as you will have to grab a cab to anywhere!
