Thumbs-up Story: our 9 year kid has lost her Hippo (sleeping stuffy toy) to room services. She was crying and scared of a permanent loss from her toy relation as she said it's her careless fault. She wanted to chase Hippo out in the middle of the night. We communicated this incident with the front desk 小石 Ms. Shi. She took a great care of our stay experience and worked out with her colleagues. Even though we must checked out next day, Ms. shi kept our number to follow up. Yesterday our kid received our toy via China postal delivery service. She was the happiest kid.
