I was offered a free room upgrade, but I could hear everything through the vents. The occasional mobile ringtone, the hourly shower or rain water crashing against a hard surface, the chatter from the hallway, and etc. I found loose hairs of different textures on the sheets and blanket. One of the bath towels had red food stains from what looked like hot chili oil. The communal spaces were filthy.
