The front desk staff were excellent. JoJo was very efficient, friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the later checkout. The staff in the executive lounge and dining room for breakfast were also excellent, always providing great service. All else was good, and we hope to see you again soon.

We always enjoy staying at the Marriott Pudong East. The check-in is always easy and efficient, and the staff are always courteous, polite and friendly. We appreciated the late checkout and being given a corner room, which has great views and is more spacious. Both the staff in the executive lounge and the 2nd-floor restaurant for breakfast are always friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thanks to all, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

We were a couple staying for 1 night at Shanghai Pu Dong East last week. On check in, the front desk lady offered a room upgrade at no extra cost as part of a promotion. When we walked in through the hotel with our luggage, every staff member was kindly trying to help us or offer us direction. The unit was very special. Two king bed rooms with a fully operational kitchen, living room with large couch and benefit of washer/dryer! The decor and furniture were impeccable. Bathroom and shower stunning. All very clean. We used the hotel gym which was clean and very functional with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights and different resistance machines. Overall just a great, enjoyable stay. Thanks for the excellent service and utmost attention to us as hotel guests. We have great confidence in Marriott and look to book in their hotels when we travel.

The breakfast menu was fresh and offered a variety which was good. The room was comfortable and everything worked. The front desk staff was welcoming by speaking English but you need a translator to communicate with restaurant staff.

It is a really nice hotel, all facilities are well maintained, the bed is very comfortable. The food at the buffet breakfast is really tasty and with a lot of options. Nice hotel I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Very good service. Hotel agreed to securely keep my luggage for 3 days prior to check in while I traveled around for other meetings. Pleasant staff. No complaints. Could do with more vegetarian options. Tariff was definitely much higher than other similar options
