After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking. It is located about 7 minutes walk from a metro station. The neighborhood is a bit remote (no restaurants or shopping). It's about 45 minutes from Pudong airport (with no traffic). My one complaint would be that the hotel restaurant offered a very limited menu. The staff were very nice. I had a problem with my room. Ella at the reception did a great job solving the problem.
