The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, was excellent - a vast array of Chinese and Western dishes, plus fresh fruits and salads. This hotel was recommended by a conference I attended at Tongji University so for me the location was very good since it was just two metro stops from the university. The room I had was on the 17th floor with the view of Wujiaochang Shopping Center. The night view was very pretty. However the room was rather small wirh very dark lights, though it was clean. There was no bathtub, only a shower stall. The hallways leading to the rooms were also very dark. The staff was professional but not too friendly. They only smile to each other but seldom to their customers.
