I need a train ride from Shanghai to Huaian and the Pullman hotel is very close to the train station. Rooms are nice, breakfast is nice, and the restaurant has good options for dinner as well if you don't feel like going out. Bathrooms have a great waterfall shower head, one of my favorite things after a 13 hour flight is a good shower. Aside from being close to the train station it's just a good location in general with lots of options to do things. The location is near the Shanghai train station but the traffic is so busy all the time due to the same reason. There are limited choice of things to do or shop nearby. Initially I had a problem with some reno noise outside of the window. The staff helped me upgrade my room into a better room on the 15th floor. The location was really convenient. It took me 10 minutes to jump onto my train from the hotel on the day of my departure. Last but not the least, the staff were really attentive. I really appreciated the help from Tina and her team. We thoroughly enjoyed and sampled different types of breakfast each day. Happy hour in the evening doesn't disappoint either. We tried to talk with hotel manager on Feb. 7 for change or get some credits，it was rejected，The hotel asked us talk to Expedia but we can not reach it in china. We have to pay full price for the Feb 7． Before Mar. 7，we go there to negociate again，hotel still refuses to give us credit.
