I tried to have a free night porridge the night I arrived but to no avail. room service was up to 10.30 pm I asked for it around 11.15pm some flexibility can help and is called customer service. frontliner should improve there communication skill, helpful but language barriers. but i really appreciated the young man on the lobby part always trying his best and looking for a way to help. even tried to order Pizza for me on his phone. as a double room rate expect that slippers are replaced by pair which was not the case this time. concerning tea and coffee some additional milk would be appreciated.
