Some units of it are converted and used for hotel service apartments. The room is decorated with old Shanghai feel. Very interesting. It is an old building, but the room is well kept and maintained. The staffs are nice and friendly. It has a very good location. A big shopping plaza is just across the street with a big food court. Convenient store, drug store are nearby. MRT station is at about 5 minute walking. My only dislike is the soundproofing of this old building. People moving chair at upstairs at night, the local residents talking loudly in the early morning created disturb noises to my sleeping.
