The problem was we heard the birds at 3:30 and cars racing at 4\. We asked if we could change to a quieter room and told we would have to go back to our original booked room which was smaller. The concierge was very nice to my wife and she asked him for help. They got us a bigger room with double panes windows which we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Also, the air conditioning and heat didn’t work. The room was cold the first night we check-in. We wanted heat and was told it was shut off to save money. The food at breakfast was cold instead of hot. My wife said it had no taste and was cold. The only fresh fruit we had on the first day was bananas. They did go get some watermelon after I asked which was old and had no taste the whole time we stayed there. The bacon was undercooked. Breakfast was very disappointing. Last, if not for the concierge helping us. The main staff at the desk was not help helpful and rude to my wife and I. We were checking in and the staff interrupted our check-in to take care of them. The staff would not change our room.
