最初チェックインした部屋がまだ掃除されていなかったので、他の部屋に変えてもらったのですが、これってホテルの基本的なサービスができていないと思われても仕方ないのでまだまだ従業員教育が足らないと思います。以前に比べると中国でもサービスが格段良くなってきているので、中国だからって許されないようにしてなってきていると思います。同じ系列だと思いますが、価格差からすると虹橋賓館の方を利用する方がいいかもしれません。もう少し頑張ってください ・古北の繁華街近くで立地は良い。 ただ、車の入り口が非常に分かりづらく、何度も迷った。 ・フロントは2Fにあり、床は綺麗でしたが、フロントには日本語を話せる人は1人しかいない。 ・通路も狭いので、圧迫感がある。 ・ツインルームでしたが、シングルベットでとても小さくて、窮屈でした。ダブルベットが良かったですよ。 ・エアコンの音が非常にうるさく、慣れるのに大変でした。
