Good sized rooms with everything you could need, staff were helpful and could speak English which was helpful for us. The hotel offers a free breakfast which was nice and a free shuttle to disney, the metro is about 10 minutes walk but straight down a flat road so not too bad. Had a good stay and rooms were quiet.

Lovely stay. The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi. The breakfast was great, all staff at the restaurant made their best to serve us. Definitely recommend it

Great hotel offering free breakfast and free shuttle to Disney. The metro station for those wanting to venture into the city was about a 10 minute walk away - but easy to find as the metro line runs past the hotel. The only drawback was that I couldnt find anywhere nearby to buy food and snacks, but it wasnt a major issue as most days I ate before heading back to the hotel. Would definately stay here again.

Hotel is direct to subway/train track with regular traffic. Even if you keep the window closed you got the feeling the trains running trough your room. The room itself was a simple but good quality. No luxury but average and ok for that price.

Overall, OK but just a wrong information.

The hotel itself was OK but in the hotels.com, it said that they have a tree shuttle bus to the airport and I left an message that I would like to book a seat on it when I made a reservation but only when I checked in, the staff told me that the shuttle is not operating...

できたばかりのホテル

ディズニーランドに行く為に利用。車で向かうと20分程度でパークに行ける。駅までは少し歩くので不便かも。郊外にあるビジネスホテルと言った感じ。まだ完成したばかりで全てが綺麗。周辺には飲食できる場所は見当たらなかった。ホテル内に売店は無いが、ロビーに飲料やスナック、カップ麺の自動販売機があり、部屋からアプリで注文すると、配送ロボットが部屋まで運んできてくれる。私は使ってはいないが、ロボットが行ったり来たり忙しそうだった。
