Second time at this hotel and I will be booking again in the future. Staff are excellent and some speak English. They are all very helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. Lovely decor, grandure and very ornate. Overall impression is this is a beautiful new hotel in excellent location close to cruise terminal. Concierge told us hotel opened earlier this year; he was very helpful in getting us a cab and a driver who knew exactly where to drop us off at the terminal. Only less than satisfactory was the desk clerk who checked us out.
