Not enough English speaking staff and all information in the room are printed in Chinese. The location is not as central as other hotels but it is in a new and up and coming area. The hotel is a no frills hotels. No bellman but does have an elevator and a beautiful entry way. The rooms look as pictured except they are much smaller than traditional hotel rooms. The staff is very friendly but their knowledge of English is limited. It is near a shopping arcade with a great coffee place with high fast internet. There are no English language channels on the T.V. If you are looking for an affordable, clean, secure and friendly place to stay during a short stay in Shanghai, then this place is it.
