Not what is advertised. Had booked a bigger room than what we got given. So we went back to reception and asked for what I had booked on Hotels.com . After arguing with reception staff for a while we were then upgraded to a master room. Which was a nice big room. The next day there was confussion from reception whether we were meant to be in that room and whether we had paid properly. Which also rwsulted in another discussion with reception staff. Everything in the hotel is run down and the sauna was not going. Wouldnt take much to buy new pool furniture..it was cracked and dirty. The hotel was nice but outdated. The restaurant in the hotel was way too overpriced so we chose not to eat there. The fish pond and the green area was especially nice and my children loved it. Nothing is really within walking distance especially with children. The guy at the desk in the evening (I forgot to get his name) was very rude when I asked him to call a taxi and he told me "NO TAXI" and would not call so we walked down to the street to get our own. The pool is very nice but the shallow end is 4 ft, it is not heated, and was cold. There's a balcony outside the room, it's comfortable to stay in the balcony when the weather is warm.
