It looks to be part of a larger development at the site that combines the hotel with high end condos. There is a good restaurant onsite, but be warned that it is literally miles away from anything. Quite middle of nowhere, so taking taxi to get anywhere was a must. Also arranging of the taxi wasn't very convenient. Staff english so-so. Good things was that the hotel was awasome looking inside. Rooms were one of the largest ones I have ever been, with great view on outdoor swimming pool.
