Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Good food with poor rooms

The luxury rooms are not luxurious. They dont even keep a napkin. Warm water is intermittent. The reception is non-responsive. Even though majority of the rooms were empty on the day of the checkout. They did not allow a couple of hours. They weather was good. The food at the restaurant was nice.
