"We arrived the property around 4:10pm on 6/9, and realized that the owner or hotel.com didn’t send us the check in instruction, so we couldn’t get in. We tried to contact the owner listed on the hotel.com, but the phone number is out of service. So we contacted hotel.com, they got same info. Eventually hotel.com said they will cancel my reservation and book a new one. Now it is 5pm, the owner suddenly sent us the access code. We finally can got in.

"Much bigger than expected. It was clean and close to everything we needed. Two spacious bedrooms and 1 and a half bath. Loved that it required a code for the main entrance. Would stay again!"
