Beds were comfy. Food was limited menu and beverages were expensive. House car was not available even though charges. Spa was good but should let guests stay to relax after services or day after. Overall poor policies.

This is my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms are so nice and the staff make everything so easy. I love the set up of this hotel and the best part is its location. You can walk to everything. This is the place to stay in Nashville.
