Set on 5 acres high on Mt Shadforth, Serendeva is your private piece of paradise. Architecturally designed and with sweeping panoramic views across Wilson inlet to the ocean, your retreat is secluded, yet close to town and restaurants. We share our block with Kangaroos and amazing bird life. Relax with a glass of wine on the expansive verandahs, it is the perfect romantic getaway or family holiday spot. Serendeva was designed by local architect, Hermann Fehr, to make the most of its stunning location and to connect the living spaces to nature through expansive outdoor areas. Peaceful & private whilst only being minutes from the heart of town. With 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, the property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen area has everything you'll need including a Nespresso coffee machine for your early morning pick me up. There is a reverse cycle aircon in the living area for those extra cold nights or hot summer days. Outside there is everything you'll need for a great family BBQ. Under the house there is a laundry with washer and dryer for you to use if you need to. Serendeva is on a rainwater tank, so tap-water is crisp and delicious! WIFI available. PLEASE NOTE: There are quite a few stairs to access this property & is not recommended for elderly or those with mobility or health issues. Young children will also need to be monitored. No pets allowed. We’ve just had our second long stay at the house and have loved every minute all over again. The view is breathtaking, the house is well presented, the beds are so comfortable and it has all the amenities you could need. I could sit on the balcony for hours just staring at the view and watching the birds… absolute bliss. A glass of red watching the light change as the sun sets in the evening from one of the many choices of balcony areas. The most spectacular sky of stars I have seen in quite a while. We also had the most magnificent double rainbow across the valley. Such a lovely house, so well equipped. and looked after and really accessible to the wineries, parks, beaches, city centre and distilleries. We absolutely loved our five days in our most favourite part of WA. A few details could improve the stay. One more comfy chair in the lounge room our party consisted of 4 adults a teenager and a baby extra seating would have been nice. Outdoor seating could also be improved and not much cover from rain under patio. If this is improved bbq would have been able to be used but not enough shelter from rain. He said she said bottle of red was delicious. Bedrooms were good size and spaced apart. Downstairs laundry adequate however smells musty. Parking area quite poor and muddy son got his car bogged in driveway. Kitchen facilities adequate good size fridge plenty cups glasses crockery and cutlery. Body wash not supplied bring your own. The place has THE best view I have ever seen on my holidays down south in the denmark/albany areas. The house felt like a cabin mansion, furnished and polished with everything we needed. It is also within a 5 minute drive to the town centre and 10-20 minutes towards main attractions. The only two let downs for this accomm, to be picky, has been the nonexistent wifi (which none of us 6 adults could connect to during our entire stay), as well as the lack of communication with the property manager. It seems that automated emails are sent out regarding our satisfaction for the stay, but when we replied there was no response or effort to solve wifi connectivity issues. However, we all still considered the property to be amazingly clean, conveniently located, and beautifully placed amongst the hills of Denmark. Would definitely stay again! ##### Charlotte E.
