I was treated very well, and I am extremely happy with my experience. I would especially like to thank Marwa and Yasmine, who work at the reception, for their kindness and excellent service.

Pour clarifier: hôtel bruyant même en se plaignant, on nous dit que l'hôtel est complet. Puis on voit qu'il y'a pleins de. Disponibilité en ligne et on nous change de chambre, en nous déclassant ( bien que toutes leurs chambres soient modernes et confortables) mais en fait à 23 h c'est le bruit du rangement des chaises et tables du restaurant du 4 e étage qui grincent au sol ainsi que la mise en place à 6h du matin. 2 mauvaises nuits. C'est un hôtel pour séminaire. Preuve en est : deuxième nuit pas de place de parking disponible pour nous en tant que résident. Finalement au sous sol certains du séminaire se sont garé sur deux places. J'ai du me garer dehors jusqu'à que les séminaristes libérés des places. Bad experience sincerely
