The rooms could use updating. The mattresses haven't been replaced after what I assume is 15 years of usage. Tubs are smaller than residential standard for those bath lovers. Continental breakfast is just waffles and bread but they give a 15% discount at the breakfast place next door. Things are not very sound proofed either. Could hear a snorer a couple doors down and if youre using the restroom. Everyone knows. However Mary at the front desk was 10/10 hospitality. No problems with interacting with staff. The rooms were very well cleaned and it was over all a pleasant experience

Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, skywalks to shopping and restaurants so very convenient. Love the apples and water at checkin and the breakfast at Eques is great. Only complaints are the $7 per package charge for receiving a package, and the lukewarm temp water in the shower. Overall a great hotel experience I will stay again.

The elevator (1, other wasnt running) was super slow. We waiting a long time for it. It got very irritating. The coffee maker, Espresso or whatever it was only made a tiny amount of coffee at a time. My husband likes real coffee. There were no options for it.

I had an absolutely marvelous time. It was truly spectacular My Only Inconvenience was that they regularly did not Restock the coffee bar in the room. they had the mini fridge, stocked with their Refreshments for purchase leaving Minimal room for my Ability to be able Keep anything chilled.
