"The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Seville and within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, and countless restaurants, cafés, and shops. We barely needed transportation because everything was so close.
The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and smells wonderful throughout. One of my favorite touches was the soft classical music playing throughout the hotel, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.
What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Victoria, Adelino, and Rocío for making us feel so welcome.
A very special shout-out to Adelino. We had a minor issue with our room late at night, and at around 1:00 a.m., he handled it with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. He quickly arranged for us to move to another room, ensuring we were comfortable and could enjoy the rest of our stay. That level of customer service is something you don't forget.
