"Pretty good. Overall good staff, great location, and clean rooms. On the bad side, renovations disrupted nap, my prosecco was not present when I arrived, and the lobby smelled super bad a few times. In another instance the owners ( I assume) were hanging out the lobby giving orders to staff in not the nicest of ways, and also treating customers with cold detachment.

"Air conditioning doesn’t really work (requested repair and not much better) and only in April. Would be unpleasant any hotter. Toilet seat also broken and wasn’t fixed upon request. Hotel cheaply appointed and maintained. Feels like it needs a ground up refurbishment. Very expensive for what feels like a mediocre 2* experience. Baby changing mat on wall in corridor on way to main lobby bathrooms also very strange. Staff friendly. "

"Hotel was in a great location, amenities in the room slightly dated and no free water in the fridges. Staff gave conflicting messages regarding departure and taxi advice. As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised. Hotel room was also rather hollow, could hear lots of noise from adjacent room/corridors. "
