Close walk to bars that usually had a local clientele. Easy to access famous locations. No effort has been made to make it pleasant. The hot water system has a poor flow rate and when I raised a concern about no hot water in one bathroom, no reply was received. Dont be put off by the street, once you get behind the front door its lovely. Lovely apartment with a large roof terrace which is great for an evening siesta and tanning (or both!).
