There is a small grocery store beside the entry. There are restaurants and bakeries close. The buses are very close. The metro is a short walk and a couple stops to the santa justa station. It is walkable to the plaza espana, parque maria luisa, and from there close to the old town. The fire alarm went off 3 of the 6 nights we were there. It is a bit loud with people talking in the neighboring rooms and halls, but this wasnt all that disturbing. The administration was very quick to respond to emails, and very helpful.
