Magnificent NEW apartment of 62 m2 located in a renovated building in the center of Seville. It is located in a very well connected area, you can reach the same house by car, you can even park in a paid public car park just 50 meters away from the apartment. It has a kitchenette, living room, bathroom and bedroom with large double bed.
The house is in perfect condition. The kitchen has all the necessary elements (washing machine, microwave, hob, fridge, kitchen utensils). The bathroom is complete with glazed shower plate, plus towels, shampoo, bath gel and toilet paper
As a host I am totally dedicated to it. The keys to the house would be delivered in person. I am available for any questions raised
The apartment is located in the Santa Catalina neighborhood, very close to the Setas de Sevilla. It has a children's playground 30 meters away. It has a supermarket 20 meters away. A few meters from many shops and bar-restaurants.
It has a bus network throughout Seville at 50 meters
You can go on foot to visit the center of Seville
