Personal de recepción y guarda-equipajes inexistente, tuve que dejar la maleta en consigna de estación autobuses con el consiguiente traslado porque no había nadie en recepción para poder guardarla. Me pusieron problemas para pagar con tarjeta y cuando dije que era lo que había, milagrosamente se le arreglo el tarjetero. Si no llego a tener el cerrojo de la habitación echado, se me cuela el Sr. de la recepción con la excusa de que se había equivocado. He then proceeded to make a phone call and accommodated us in a room for the price advertised. The room was clean. It isn’t a 5 Star upscale hotel, but it is located right at the heart of the city and it’s attached to its own restaurant. The service at the restaurant was amazing and the food was great.
