The hotel has a lovely boutique feel, very clean and spacious throughout. It has an excellent location just around the corner from the palace and the cathedral, inside the pedestrianised zone. The breakfast was very good. We were offered hot items from the kitchen and could help ourselves to the buffet. The self service orange juicer was fun. The breakfast staff were especially excellent! The room was much larger than a traditional European hotel room, with plenty of space to unpack, a lovely bathroom and a spiral staircase up to our own personal roof terrace.

It was such a lovely hotel the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with a good air con system. The staff were very friendly and kind. The pool is small but big enough to cool off in the heat of Seville. We loved it!

Very average hotel. Surprised it was a 4 star hotel, but really more like a 2 star over all. Good location, but not taxi or uber friendly for pick up. We had to walk quite a bit with our luggages to a location where we could be picked up. Our room was not so great. located on first floor, could not open outside window because people literally walking by it all day/night and no privacy at all. Showed leaked water through showed door.

The hotel wasn’t quite as advertised. There was no roof top bar, no restaurant etc which was a little disappointing but location was fantastic so that made it worth it. Rooms were luxurious (despite an overflowing shower) so would still recommend as a great place to stay to explore the area.
