Clean, modern and very functional place. The only negative is the noise in the evening. We were there on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and Sevilla is quite animated until late on such evenings. Bringing earplugs, using the shutters which are very opaque, partying late with the locals and getting up late the next day is a solution. I’m taking note of some of the design ideas, it’s the attention to detail that makes everything different. Some suggestions that the apartment could have been improved for a even better stay, the sensor faucet in the bathroom is quite difficult to use because dispenser time is short so you can’t finish washing your face without waving your hand like crazy. Could put a portable shelving unit under the bathroom sink, there is not enough storage space near the sink for skincare product or towel. It has all the amenities you need; plenty of towels, ironing board, coffee machine and more. The apartment was very clean though a few items in the bathroom were a little worn. The staff were always on hand when needed for questions on Whatsapp which was great. The location was great and 10-15 mins walk to most attractions, restaurants and bars. As we were on the ground floor, the only complaint would be the noise of other guests slamming the front door and hearing the footsteps of people in the above apartments. We had a great experience here from start to end. The location as absolutely amazing and withing walking distance to preyyu much all good places. The window shutters give an excellent blackout to have a comfortable sleep. Owners are super friendly and helpful. The only minor issue what mattered to my wife was that there is no comfortable area for ladies to use as dressing table / mirror infront....Also, it would be a good idea if there is a "quick cleaning" service for guests who stay longer than "x" amout of days, just to give it a touch of luxury! But overall, it was excellent. We had a great sense of being at home and experience real life in Seville. We'd love to come back at some point.
