Centralised hot/cold air conditioning. Free WiFi high speed connection. Public parking 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Spacious living room, equipped kitchen, full bathroom, two comfortable bedrooms, WIFI, air conditioning and its perfect location, make this accommodation the right place to visit Seville, both for short stays and also to spend a season in our city. Located in a quiet street but next to Betis street and Triana Bridge. Apartament is on the first floor of a building without elevator. - Pets are welcome, please ask for possible additional fees. \- Parties and events are not allowed \- Respect the rest of the neighbors \- Leave lights and air conditioning/heating off when you are not in the apartment or when leaving the last day. \- Keys, for check out must be left on the table \- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed \- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of my team will receive you in the apartment, at the agreed time you have told us, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work. \- Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 and until 00.00H to be paid in cash at the delivery of the keys.
