Even though we made a mistake on our reservation and arrived 2 days ahead, the hotel was able to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated. From the moment we arrived, Jose and German made us feel at home. Their kindness and thoughtfuness throughout our stay was unmatched. Recommendations, for example, for restaurants, flamenco clubs, and other cultural activities added to the pleasure of our visit to Sevilla. Our room for three was spacious, clean, and attractive. The service was excellent and accommodating. The hotel is in walking distance of many restaurants and most of the major sites. We were impressed with the commitment of Jose and German to make our stay memorable.
