"It is 15 minutes away walking from Real Alcazar and Cathdral. So it is convinced. Place was clean and at the check in time they sent me the codes for the room over WhatsApp. Everything was clean and new however our room was tiny"

"Top floor double room with balcony was very nice with great air conditioning & useful lift. Good breakfast & helpful staff. Really appreciated the use of the fridge/freezer & hot drinks machine. Quite a walk into the main centre & got lost many times! Supermarket just round the corner with taxi’s waiting outside it!"

"This hotel was perfect for our 5 night stay in Seville. The standard rooms we booked were spacious and the beds were large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for everything, all within walking distance with some lovely bars and restaurants. The rooftop was good, however the morning to lunchtime is the best time to go as late afternoon it gets busy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the old town, for having everything close by and a beautiful hotel to stay in."
"Lovely hotel -really central and right next door to el Corte ingles -room was beautiful and we had a really large balcony ..able to do a late checkout too…would def recommend.."
"For the price and as it was rated 2 star, i wasnt expecting much. I arrived late from first staff member i met to cleaners, especially reception everyone was so friendly excellent. Only ate breakfast once very good plenty of variety. Tried the restaurant it was ok the pork cheeks delicious. The room was always clean even when i put dont disturb and forgot to take it off they still did room. I assumed they hadnt and asked for some tea coffee at reception get to room and its filled thats fast i thought then realised room was tidy. A min later knock at door and its extra tea coffee i said sorry explained he still said dont worry so nice. The room was a good size i had twin as was going to go with someone but had to go solo. It had decent shower bath, good ac beds bit firm for me slept well though. Also a bonus little balcony 2 chairs table. Theres a lift. I would recommend and i extended my 3 night stay for extra night i will revisit soon ideally not in August too hot!"
"I cannot fault this hotel as we had a very pleasant stay. The only down side it that the room we stayed in was a little outdated. Reminded me of high end hotels from the 90’s. Location was good but be prepared to do lots of walking. If you hire a car, then this is the perfect location. You can easily drive closer to the attractions and park in the city car parks for a reasonable price.
The hotel has a very grand entrance and we had everything that we needed. I would definitely stay again."
"Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. After that, it's useless as you cannot really use it as a boiler or make any other type of coffee. There was a bit of sounds from other people's bathrooms in the room. The swimming pool area can become crowded at specific times as there is little space."
