The whole place has a rundown feel to it. I understand refurbishment is planned. Bathroom fittings were worn toilet dodnt flush, had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Food in restaurant was vastly overpriced very little choice ( chicken or fish from barbecue) so called buffet with sliced onions, tomatoes, a few other bits allegedly constitution salad. Some cooked veg. Didn't bother with breakfast. Price of the room was not justified in my opinion. Far better hotels nearby with far lower prices

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service.
The property itself is stunning, well maintained with breathtaking views, luxurious décor, and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and waking up each morning felt like a dream.
Dining at the resort was an experience in itself. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the service at each restaurant was top-tier.
The ocean views are just breathtaking. The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched.
What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. It felt personalized, not just professional.
Overall, this resort delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The resort on the other side of the island gave much into tranquility and peace. If you are someone that loves going in the water of a Caribbean beach, utilize the shuttle that takes you to the other side of the island, but unfortunately the beach at the resort isn’t ideal. Good vacation, to make it great I wish the management consulted with the locals for food and Fruits (seemed very Americanized). I was excited to read the website indicating the resort farms everything on site, but that proved false with American apples, plums and no mangos during mango season. Also opportunity to get service to the next level with anticipatory service. (Opening doors , providing waters,…less of me having to ask)
