The complimentary transportation from and to the airport was a huge help and the stay was amazing! Perfect view of the courtyard, convenient location, plenty of sun to enjoy out the balcony into the evening and everything from sheets, to towels, to rooms was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Having beach towels and chairs, along with shower toiletries was also a huge plus as it’s bulky to pack in a carry-on. Beach access across the street was so easy to get to also. They are newer apartments with nice features. The airport pickup and drop off are a really nice feature. The team is extremely responsive. They provided towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler/backpack. The room was equipped with a washer & dryer. The community is very nice with a grocery store a 2 min walk from the apartment, a gym and some nice restaurants within a few minutes walk from the apartment. It is just a few minute walk to a beautiful public area of Seven Mile Beach. The apartment has a nice smaller sized pool. We used it every day with our young kids, and there weren’t many other people using it so it felt nice and private. Probably the only area for improvement was the pull out sofa was not very comfortable, but the bedroom bed was very comfortable and clean. The host, Christian was amazing, he picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. The apartment is nice and really clean with fresh towels and beach amenities provided. it is strategically located as a short walk gets you to the nicest part of the seven mile beach and Bonny Moon (beach club). The apartment complex also hosts a gym, infinity pools, nice breakfast and lunch cafés and convenient shops i had a 10/10 experience and hope to be back soon. Our stay at the Grove was amazing. The unit was super comfortable and modern with everything you can need (kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels + chairs). Just steps away from one of the nicest parts of Seven Mile Beach, the location can't be beat. An additional bonus, there are a number of different food options right downstairs. Christian is a 5 star host - super responsive along with plenty of recommendations. The beach is right across the street, a 2 min walk. The property grounds are clean and everything you need is right outside your door. The part of the beach was quiet and nice for relaxing. It’s walkable to some restaurants and shops. The property is across the street from the beach so you have to walk chairs/umbrellas over, but it’s a short walk. They offer airport pickup and Christian was able to bring us to a few other areas in the island which was a great perk! His response was timely and he gave great recommendations and helped us with whatever we needed. My husband and I had never been to the Grand Cayman Islands and will definitely be going back. The condo was great but even more so, the service was timely and helpful. We loved the whole setup of the facility and the convenience of seven mile beach. We enjoyed having access to the grocery store as well as outstanding dining at Mario’s and Door No. 4\. Our host Christian was incredibly helpful and gracious. I traveled with my wife and 2 small kids. wish I could have stayed longer. I would like to thank Christian and Romell. both of them were always on top of us checking out if something was missing or if you needed anything, they were great help. Free shuttle back and forth from the airport was very helpful. the one room apartment (i stayed) is new and very much updated. new kitchen equipped with all needed to cook. dishwasher, washer and dryer available. AC very cool and comfortable, apt is very clean, the bathroom very neat, super nice and comfy. it has cable tv. the surrender is great as well. the facility has an amazing gym, which it is free if you are staying there. it also has a convenience store (bit expense) but it is there just in case. it has very good restaurant as well and breakfast place where kids can play with the water fountain. VERY IMPORTANT the beach is 2 mins walk from the apt at the grove. this beach 7 mile is mouth dropping. one of the best in the Caribbean. the apt also provides you with towels and chair. I would definitely come back. you cannot miss stingray tour though. Note this: eat out is good but expensive due to the currency. The property manager was quick to respond and assist us with the air conditioning and TV. The overall facility is very nice. There is a convenience store and restaurants on site. The location of the property (across the street) to Seven Mile Beach is great. There was no housekeeping offered to us during our stay and we used the same towels and sheets all week. It would have been nice to have cleaning and fresh linens. This my first time writing an internet review, seriously, because this place and the owner were absolutely perfect. Nestled between two Kimpton and Westin is this quiet and more affordable option. It was a little mysterious on the listing, I wasn't sure if there was some hidden prpblem, and almost considered a low to mid tier resort, not as close to seven mile beach, we almost missed this gem! The onsite amenities are really fabulous, if I had known more about them I'd have been quicker to book: a bakery, a steakhouse, a small grocery store, a healthy restaurant, a high end gym, small pools with outdoor grills and many other things including restaurants and bars literally downstairs. All that, but not noisy, a quiet piece of beach, and chill local vibe. If you're thinking Grand Cayman, seven mile beach is where you want to be. We were so lucky to find this place, and Christian picked us up at the airport and even gave us a ride to a local event. Never experienced this type of customer service, but also lived like a local in an apartment setting. Super safe and luxurious. My advice, book this place now at a very good value, because in a couple years the word will be out.
