I would recommend four beach chairs (not three) and a small cooler. I would recommend upgrading knifes in kitchen and adding a few more basic items such as a strainer and extra storage containers. I would also leave extra items like Foster bags so when a guest goes to the store the first time you are not surprised you need to buy them. I would add a few more pictures to give it a more comfortable feel. I would also add a vacuum, especially a portable one as we had to sweep out of car before returning it to the rental company for our days at the beach.
