The owners were awesome in communicating and making sure everything runs smoothly. We were a bit concerned about no in-unit laundry facilities, but it truly didn't matter for a 6 day trip. Beautiful beach without the corrosion problem that many of the southern parts of 7 mile beach is experiencing. Construction next door but didn’t hear much, so really didn’t bother us. Note: There’s a public beach next to this property where 3-4 days cruise ship people flood but surprisingly, they mostly stay at the public beach and don’t tend to come over and when 1 or 2 trespass on the property to try to use the beach chairs, the security guard is good at letting them know they can’t be on the property. There were few problems with the unit as the property is old, but we let the owner know and he notified the property management who resolved it in a timely manner. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place to others. ##### THY N.
