My family and I stayed here in August of 2022\. It was a fantastic place! We love sunset cover due to the location, the cove and the pool so have stayed in several units. This one is one of if not the best unit there! It’s very recently remodeled, with great decor, and you can’t beat the view. Processes with the owner and the on-site managers were seamless. I definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again! ##### Chad D. Condo is as beautiful and relaxing as shown in the photos. Amazing views of the ocean - especially at sunset - and the property sits on one of the best beach access spots on all of Seven Mile Beach. Location is ideal, close to the airport and multiple choices for restaurants, excursions, etc. Enjoyed access to Margaritaville pool and amenities. Owner's property manager was extremely nice, professional, and highly responsive. Can't wait to return. ##### Andrew C. This condo has a modern vibe that accentuates the beautiful ocean view. It is well appointed throughout the entire space, and we enjoyed every moment in it. The master suite is amazing to wake to the aqua blue ocean, and while getting ready for an evening out, the ocean reflects in the mirror in the master bathroom. We cooked breakfast every morning in the kitchen and ate on the large deck with an amazing view. As an added bonus, the beach and swimming area perfect with Margaritaville amenities in your backyard! What a wonderful time we had at Sunset Cove Grand Cayman. The condo was right on the beach, recently renovated and an absolute joy! The private swimming cove was a treat for sure. We got to snorkel everyday and saw an abundance of beautiful fish. Close to shopping and grocery stores. The only thing I would recommend is property management to be more available and the unit should have enough beach towels to accommodate six people. Overall I would definitely recommend Sunset Cove Unit #231 and hopefully I will be back soon. ##### Karen F. The Margaritaville resort has been closed down for some time so there are no restaurants or gym available. It was a bit sleepy and next time we visit we will stay at a hotel, a lot more happening and amenities available. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. Better to stay at a nice hotel with all the restaurants and ambience they create (live bands, water toys, etc) ##### Sophia H. The property is as described. We had a seamless check-in and out process and we were greeted with a surprise welcome basket with wine and snacks. The condo is right on the beach and you have a five-star view from the balcony. Everything is remodeled and modern. The grocery store is about a 10-15 walk or a short cab ride. The neighbors were friendly and gave us salt and pepper which we forgot to pick up. There is a bar on the property that also sells food and swimming pools. The liquor store is just outside of the property. My only issue was the hot water never really got hot. We could have called the property manager but we made due. They provide beach towels and sunscreen as well. FYI - the condo is on the second floor and is not ADA accessible. ##### deborah h. This condo is beautifully renovated, well stocked, and very clean! The views are stunning, and a quick walk downstairs will take you directly to the beach or pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable and anything we could have possibly needed during our stay was provided- hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, etc. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance that were all delicious. It's even walkable to Camana Bay. We enjoyed the swim up bar and cute little coffee shop, Cafe' Piccolino on the grounds daily! The host is very responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. One note - the Margaritaville Resort, which Sunset Cove is connected to, is closed and appears to be under a transition of ownership and renovations. The Lazy Lizard and Bevy were both still open serving food and drinks. The closure/renovations didn't impact our stay at all, except one of the pools was closed with scaffolding around. We were still able to use the other pools, so it wasn't an issue. Our family of 4 (with 2 college age daughters) had a fantastic time and would be happy to stay here again! ##### Jennifer W. Communication was great from the start process to finish. Lots of information sent ahead including a map to the condo/airport info/things to do/important phone numbers. We also got lucky and was able to check in by 1pm. Our welcome basket/waters/wine was an unexpected and thoughtful touch. The condo had about 6 nespresso pods/dishwashing tabs/laundry/toilet paper to begin your stay. My advice is to buy your coffee pods (nespresso not K-cups)in the US ($7.99 here stateside vs $13.99 in Cayman...I bought 3 boxes of pods with me as I love coffee lol). I would only suggest buying an extra roll of paper towels at Kirk Market if you have kids :) Otherwise everything will last you for your week stay. The condo has ceiling fans in all the bedrooms/living rooms and we were able to turn down the AC as well. The condo is stunning-the linens and decorations are what you see in a high end home magazine-so please be respectful of simply "plopping on the couch" or leaving wet items everywhere. I felt like I was in a boutique hotel-it was great :) You are within walking distance to plenty of restaurants/the grocery store/shopping. The beach is amazing and if you are an avid snorkeler you must go outside the protective cove about 400 meters towards the reef (head towards the buoy marker and go about 50 meters past that). We saw puffer fish/lion fish/queen angelfish/squid pods/spiny lobsters/southern sting rays and my favorite-a spotted eagle ray! All within a 10 minute swim from the beach :) We have stayed in other Sunset Cove Condos over the years but Louise's by far has been the best! Such an enjoyable stay! ##### Chad J. The condo is on the second floor and is oceanfront. There is a large patio facing the ocean with an expansive view. The condo itself is large. It is difficult to find a three bedroom on Seven Mile Beach but this one has plenty of room. We had five in our party. Sunset Cove Condos is adjoining Margaritaville Resort and you enjoy use of their facilities including the gym and pool. The beach is protected by a sea wall allowing gentle conditions for snorkeling and swimming. A stroll down the beach lets you appreciate how quiet our spot is compared to the mega-resorts and cruise ship hot spots. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well maintained and the beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was set up well enough for us to prepare several meals and we had plenty of towels for both beach and shower. The location was perfect. We loved the convenience of having access to the bars and restaurants at Margaritaville. We had an amazing trip to Grand Cayman! We loved the condo with its awesome view! Loved being next door to the resort, we definitely used the coffee shop & pool lots!
